This Privacy Policy describes how Hailsom ("we", "us", or "our")
collects, uses, and protects information when you use the
Chameleon 2D mobile application (package
com.hailsom.chameleon2d).
Chameleon 2D is designed to work primarily on your device. Game progress such as display name, username, XP, wins/losses, currency balances, owned cosmetics, language preference, and offline game settings is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers as part of normal gameplay.
You may play as a guest. Optional account sign-in (for example Google or Apple) may be offered in future updates to sync progress; those providers process authentication according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
The app may make limited network requests that do not include personal identifiers, such as checking for a required app update. These requests are used only to keep the app secure and up to date.
Chameleon 2D may rely on platform services provided by Google (Android / Play Store) or Apple (iOS / App Store) for distribution, updates, and optional authentication. Those services are governed by their respective privacy policies.
We do not currently integrate advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.
Local game data remains on your device under your control. Uninstalling the app typically removes locally stored data. You can clear app data through your device settings.
Chameleon 2D is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Because most data is stored on-device, you can delete it by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app. If account sync is enabled in a future version, you may request deletion of associated account data by contacting us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
