Delete Your Chameleon 2D Account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

1. Open Chameleon 2D and go to Settings.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Google or Apple you will be asked to sign in again to confirm it is you.

By email

If you can't access the app, email privacy@hailsom.com from the address linked to your account (or include your username) and we will delete it.

What is deleted

• Your player profile, username, display name and avatar
• Progress, XP, coins, gems, owned items, rewards and challenge data
• Friends, friend requests, referrals and match records
• Push notification tokens
• Linked Google or Apple sign-in identifier and email

What may be kept

• Anonymized purchase transaction identifiers, to prevent duplicate redemption and for accounting and legal compliance (they are no longer linked to you).
• Purchases themselves remain with Apple or Google; manage them in your store account.
• Crash and analytics data held by Google Firebase expires under its own retention schedule.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchased items are not refunded by deleting your account.
